Do you work in master-planned communities with HOA color rules?+
Yes. We're familiar with Cinco Ranch, Riverstone, Sienna, Bridgeland, Towne Lake, The Woodlands villages, and most other Houston-area HOAs. We can pull the approved palette and help with submission.
Will you paint occupied homes?+
Yes — most of our residential work is done in occupied homes. We schedule rooms in sequence so your family always has clean, livable space.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp on every crew member. We can email a certificate of insurance before we start.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes. We back every residential project with a written 3-year workmanship guarantee. If the paint film fails because of our prep or application, we re-do it free.
